You're here because I emailed you a redesign of your website that you never asked for. It's fair to wonder what the catch is.
I spent years as a software engineer at Robinhood building products used by millions of people. When I looked at the websites of great local businesses, the gap was obvious: the business is excellent, but the site — usually built years ago, for hundreds or thousands of dollars — doesn't show it. And the companies selling fixes want thousands more and weeks of meetings before you see anything.
So I flipped the order. I build the new site first, at my own cost, and send it to you finished. If it isn't clearly better than what you have, delete my email — nothing happens, and no hard feelings. If it is better, launching it takes a few minutes and costs less than most businesses spend on coffee for the office.
There's no contract and no setup fee, so the only way this works for me is if the site keeps earning its $30 every month. That's the arrangement I'd want as a customer, so it's the one I sell.

Questions owners actually ask
What happens to my current website and domain?
Your domain stays yours — we never take ownership of it. When you launch, we point it at the new site, so customers who type your address land on the redesign. Your old site simply stops being what people see; nothing changes until you say go.
What if I want changes before I commit?
Reply to the email with anything — wrong hours, a photo you hate, a service we missed. We'll update the preview before you pay anything. The site should feel like yours on day one.
Will switching hurt my Google ranking?
Switching is built to help, not just preserve. We keep your address the same, carry over your page structure with proper redirects, and ship the metadata and structured data Google looks for. What search engines see after launch is a faster, better-organized site at the same address.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee, no contract. It's $30 a month, month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
What does the $30 actually cover?
Everything: hosting, SSL and security, ongoing search and AI-answer optimization, unlimited edit requests, the article writer, and a real person answering your email. There are no tiers and nothing to upgrade to.
Who owns the site and its content?
Your domain and your content — text, photos, articles — are yours, always. The subscription pays for the platform and hosting that serve it. If you ever cancel, you keep your domain and your content, and we'll help you move on without drama.
