Eric is a certified transformational coach and certified Working Genius facilitator with a passion for seeing leaders thrive in their organizations, relationships and personal lives. Pro baseball player, pastor, business leader, father, coach — that unusual mix is what lets him lead conversations that end in real transformation and growth.
He is Founder and President of Altar Fly Fishing, a nonprofit ministry bringing soul care, renewal, and coaching retreats to men and women, pastors, leaders, boards, and active military special operations personnel through the art and beauty of fly fishing. He also serves as Coaching Director for SoulCare — and is a father, husband and friend.
Amy Moran
Certified Transformational Coach
Amy is a certified transformational coach whose leadership, mentoring and coaching experience comes from some of the most diverse and unexpected places: small nonprofits and multi-million-dollar organizations, strategic planning and boards of directors, adults with special needs, and competitive and professional Irish dance. Pair that with her drive to see people thrive inside amazing, busy, challenging, ever-changing lives, and you get a champion of living life on purpose.
As your coach, Amy guides you through a life-engaging process that becomes life-changing as you discern and design your best next season. Her own adventure includes leading women’s retreats with Altar Fly Fishing, coaching with Altaring Leadership and SoulCare, and loving every minute with her husband and two teenaged daughters.
