Discover Your Personalized Path to Wellness

More people than ever are living with anxiety, depression, and chronic illness — and the noise of the wellness industry usually adds to the confusion instead of clearing it.

That's where Conscious Concierge comes in.

We help you cut through that noise and find what actually works for you — whether that's deeper healing, real clarity, or support in reducing your reliance on conventional medication. Solutions are shaped around your lifestyle and drawn from holistic, ancestral, and conventional wisdom alike.

Mental, physical, spiritual, emotional — we address all four, backed by a vetted network of practitioners and Lana Rose's own years inside this world.

Modalities

Let's explore together and discover which modality resonates with your unique journey. Because when it comes to your well-being, the best fit is the one that aligns with your individuality.

What I Do

I've been there, trust me.

Ever feel like you're losing your mind trying to figure out why you're not feeling better – mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or even physically?

Maybe you've tried therapy, medication, or self-medicating and something still isn't clicking. Maybe you've heard about other healing paths but the landscape feels too big to enter.

I've been there, trust me.

My work is to help you cut through the noise and name what's next — not by pushing one path, but by guiding you to what actually aligns with your truth. Conventional, holistic, or somewhere in between.

There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing and growth. My work is to help you discover what's yours.

Lana Rose — Founder, Conscious Concierge
Society has come to expect and demand “a pill for every ill” (Busfield 2010: 934). Prescription drugs thus moved from the periphery to the core of medicine. Drugs have become the go-to treatment, a shift reinforced by factors relating to the culture of medicine, changing institutional constraints in health care, and health policy.

Your Conscious Concierge

From as far back as I can recall, most of my life had undercurrents of anxiety and depression even though I couldn't really put it into words. It was like these emotions were always there, beneath the surface, shaping my experiences without me fully understanding them.

The percentage of Americans who currently have or are being treated for depression has also increased, to 17.8%, up about seven points over the same period. Both rates are the highest recorded by Gallup since it began measuring depression using the current form of data collection in 2015. – Gallup

The Evidence

While both medication and psychotherapy are effective for treating depression and anxiety, a combination of both is often recommended. However, 68% of those treated for depression only receive medication, not therapy.

While therapy is recommended for treating anxiety disorders, about 65% of those with an anxiety disorder receive only medication, without any form of psychotherapy.

Antidepressants are the most prescribed class of drugs in the U.S., yet only 30% of patients with depression receive any form of psychotherapy, despite guidelines recommending a combination of both treatments for best outcomes.

In the management of chronic pain with associated depression or anxiety, 70% of patients receive antidepressants, while only 25% engage in pain management therapy or counseling, which are key components of a comprehensive treatment plan.

In the U.S., the rate of psychiatric medication use among adults increased by 22% from 2001 to 2010, but the proportion of those receiving psychotherapy during this period decreased by almost 10%, indicating a growing reliance on medication alone.
