Their professionalism and devotion to customer satisfaction is outstanding. I had 22" extensions beautifully installed, blended, and styled by Duneisy (Dee). I actually requested to come in again to get some final touches done and she was so accommodating and skilled at achieving the look I needed for my wedding. Alexa- my colorist was able to not only disguise and alter my ashy tones to a warm honey blonde but also added highlights and dimension to my natural hair to compliment the extensions. I highly recommend coming here if you plan to invest in extensions or have challenging color requests. They know what they are doing!!

I come here regularly to see Duneisy, and I'm not going anywhere else. I went to three different salons for consultations for hair extensions to see who I liked the best. I decided to go with Duneisy and 23rd Street Salon. I'm so glad I did. Duneisy is an absolute artist with hair extensions, and takes her time to make sure every bit is perfect. She was super patient with me and walked me through extension hair care and also helped me learn how to best care for them between visits (not to mention she's so personable and easy to talk to!) I'm so spoiled--when she does my extensions, they last me 10 weeks (I could probably go even longer if I wanted). Duneisy is the best!! In terms of the salon: the salon itself is super warm and relaxing-- rare in NYC. They recognize the investment you're making in your hair, and they want you to be happy with every bit of it. 10/10 every time.

I came to NY from out of town and found this hair salon. I was looking specifically for a salon specializing in hair extensions. I also wanted to lighten my brunette shade to a clean blonde. Alex took care of me and I have never been more happy with the results. The color is perfect. The extensions look so natural. Alex took the time to blend my hair perfectly. I did Individual link I tips. I've been wearing them for 2 months and no extensions fell. Non stop compliments everywhere I go. Highly recommended. They really know what they are doing here. A++

Goya was amazing! I walked in with long, very dark (virgin) hair, ready for a big change. She talked me through my options, what shade of blonde would work best with my skin tone, and what strategy (balayage) would be the lowest maintenance. She mixed and remixed, applied and reapplied. She worked on my head full of hair for SIX AND A HALF HOURS! Came out amazing! (Plus I got to drink rosé throughout the process!) I highly recommend!

I've been seeing Alexa at 23rd street salon since I moved to NYC a few months ago and I couldn't recommend her enough! Not only do I enjoy sitting in her chair, but she's also amazing at what she does. I've been platinum blonde for some time and recently came to her asking her to take me closer to my natural color for a more "low maintenance" hairstyle, which isn't an easy task. Alexa did SUCH an amazing job. She's an absolute perfectionist and takes her time to talk through the job she's about to do, giving her opinion and sharing knowledge along the way. I cannot say enough good things about her and the service at this salon.
