We built it for food that feels real. Rooted in tradition, made for today. No gimmicks.

Chef and owner
Chef Chen
Before New York, there was a small bar by the water.
Chef Chen started out in coastal Guangdong, running a neighborhood bar that fed dockworkers and friends late-night stir-fries and cold beer. He brought that spirit to New York — honest food, loud laughter, no shortcuts.
Thirty years on the line followed. Twilight Lounge is his first solo kitchen, built with family, fire, and the kind of flavor that stays with you.
