Meet our CEO & Founder
Ana Rivera CEO and Founder
Ana Rivera founded Identity Media in 2008 and has spent more than a decade building it into one of Miami's most media-fluent firms. Walk into her headquarters and you feel it immediately — fast-paced, creative, always mid-pitch.
Under her leadership, Identity Media grew from a start-up into a full-service powerhouse spanning public relations, event planning, social media and brand management. Today Ana and her team oversee more than 30 clients across spirits, hospitality, culinary, lifestyle, real estate, healthcare, fashion and beauty.
She has been named one of Brickell Magazine's "20 Under 40," featured six times on Ocean Drive Magazine's "The List," and recognized as a "Gables Great" by The Coral Gables Newspaper for her community service and entrepreneurship.
Ana's view is simple: she's only as good as the talent she develops. When she isn't on business or client work, she's with her team — helping them grow, sharing the wins, and building a group of professionals who show up every day with a purpose.
