Empire State Ride is a seven-day, 500+ mile cycling adventure from New York City to Niagara Falls that raises funds to fuel cancer research.

Cyclists just like you will take on the adventure of a lifetime, pushing limits and forging bonds, all for one powerful cause: ending cancer.

2026 is full — but there's still a way in. Register for the 500+ Mile Hometown Challenge, or get on the 2027 Priority List and cycle across New York State next summer.
