Imagine something different. Embody something different. Embrace something different.
The conscious collaboratory® is built to move with an ever-changing world. Global, climate, political, structural, racial, economic, and health tensions have redefined what it means to be well. Leaders are asked to meet mounting demands and withstand competing forces at once — assessing and calibrating across many contexts, under pressure, in partnership with others. That calls for a mindset of humility and curiosity, a heart practice of relational knowledge, an embodied presence, and courageous wisdom — and the ability to draw on all of them at the same time.
Our services — coaching, facilitation, education, and training — are each a catalyst for shift and change.

A four-day immersive workshop at World's End Farm in Esperance, NY, for land stewards and project leaders who want to explore regenerative practice through embodied experience, not abstract theory. Using a working farm's rhythms — soil, roots, fruits, composting — participants move through movement, art-making, storytelling, shared meals, and Warm Data Labs to explore how small, local ecologies model relational, interdependent approaches to power and community economics. Structured as a living system, the weekend alternates collective and individual reflection and closes with connecting insights to your own community and projects. $1,000 includes three daily meals and lodging options from a private room in a communal barn to rustic cabins and camping.

"Wendy is an exceptional partner in the work of building inclusive leadership teams and inclusive organizations."
"What felt like an invitation to explore leadership has developed into so much more. It's not a 'think tank' or a 'networking group.' It's more of an 'open your mind, heart, body, and soul' tank."
"There was a profound and progressive shift occurring within me and Wendy has been instrumental in 'my awakening'. I am more aware and conscious of how fear and self-judgment can divert my route."
"She is leveraging the strengths of our community – our differences – to shape our emerging culture."
"The process was powerful because it opened up a place for me to explore my identity from a different perspective. I found a new way to not only see myself, but to understand how systems operate in the world we live in."
"She modeled for me what it means to have a 'body practice' and how we can use our bodies as an instrument especially when having conversations or interactions around race."
"Reimagining Racial Equity is equal to and perhaps the best training I've experienced in the DEI space…basically fearless in pushing into the equity area, and importantly systemic racism."
