Strategic Solutions Consulting is a family-owned business that was founded in 2001 by Shipra Seefeldt. Shipra's children, Anjali and Greg Seefeldt joined the firm after completion of their Master's Degrees in 2010 and 2011, and the firm welcomed Shom Sen and Kathy Glick in 2021. Each of our consultants brings unique and highly specialized training, as well as years of professional experience in working with family and privately owned non-family businesses in many industries.
We built an intergenerational model of consulting to guide families through their most important transitions — legacy, the transfer of wealth, values, and work ethic — while strengthening the business through succession and effective leadership.
