It shouldn’t be so hard to lead.

Between back-to-back meetings, never-ending issues, and deadlines, “your time” stops being yours. As a leader, you deserve dedicated space to plan, reflect, and train.

The tools exist.

Coaching allows you the space to grow the skills you need to lead and support your team.

Founded and led by Dr. Holly Ward, Shore Coaching has served more than 1,000 clients over 20+ years. Over 90% of our clients come to us by personal referral — the greatest compliment we can imagine.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Discovery Call

Book a 30-minute introductory Zoom with Mary Ann Cottle or Holly Ward to talk through your needs and how we work. Afterward you’ll get a personalized plan: your focus areas, an overview of the coaching process, and flexible options for getting there. Most agreements run 6–12 months to achieve lasting impact.

    Onboarding + Kickoff

For individual coaching, we schedule your first session and start immediately on goals, action plans, and feedback — all documented in your coaching packet. For group coaching, we begin with an informational kickoff to explain the process, then group members meet with their individual coaches.

    Learn, Grow, Lead

Work with your coach to build awareness and stay accountable. Make time for your long-term development, cultivate the habits of a leader, and break the patterns holding your performance back. Your coach is reachable by email and phone, and can meet via Zoom or in person.
