305 was the event management company of record for the 2015 HITEC Q4 IT Leadership Summit & HITEC 100 Awards — planning and running the entire event end to end: budget, venue contracts and negotiations, vendor selection and management, event design, invitations and RSVPs, and on-site execution. The gala dinner was held at the Four Seasons; the summit at the headquarters of Facebook. 400 guests attended, including C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies — Facebook, HP, AT&T, DHL Americas, Comcast NBCUniversal, and The Hershey Company.
