The Welcome Letter
Wilsonwest began in 1992 as a labor of love, just days before my son Charlie arrived. We had a great run — producing events around the world for nearly 30 years, alongside a talented team and a roster of discerning clients who pushed us to do our best. That we did, and I'm grateful and proud of it.
In the spring of 2021, David and I moved from San Francisco to what I call "the other SF" — Santa Fe, New Mexico — to explore our new home state and stage of life. I'm still not using the word "retirement." Maybe "rewiring."
For now, I am lending a hand to local nonprofits, and occasionally taking on a project from a beloved longtime client.
What I Do
The heart of the work
The heart of the work is simple: help organizations build relationships and drive awareness for the things that matter most to them. When it comes to events, I push clients to define their desired outcomes first — that's the strategy. The tactics follow from there.
I'll keep following my mission to "do good work that matters" in a pro-bono capacity — especially here in my home state, where sadly we rank 50th in the country for education.
