I've had the pleasure of working with Terry and The Pivotal Group on a national scholastic esports initiative with my nonprofit organization, the Emerald Foundation. My goal was to tackle the stagnation in education by engaging students through esports while integrating learning and career exploration. Terry, acting as our Chief Esports Strategist, leveraged her leadership, expertise, and extensive network to forge critical partnerships in the education and workforce development sectors. She brought together key stakeholders and secured two consecutive grants from the PA Department of Education, both awarded to the Emerald Foundation. Terry's leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to build relationships and communicate effectively are outstanding. I am incredibly proud of our achievements together.

I worked for Terry twice — first at the American Cancer Society where she was an exceptional and inspirational leader and again at the North Museum of Nature and Science. I must say that I feel blessed that Terry was my first boss at the American Cancer Society. She had that very unique ability to thank you for a job well done while still challenging you to do better and inspiring you to want to succeed. Because of her special gift, I was one of the most successful fundraisers in the Pennsylvania Division and the first to have a million dollar assignment which I exceeded by $200,000. I credit Terry for her exceptional ability to coach, encourage and lead me to this great achievement. She was a joy to work for and a great source for advice, encouragement and leadership and was always willing to allow me to try new techniques. At the North Museum of Nature and Science, I played a small role in helping her bring the museum back from obscurity and make it once again a very successful learning institution by developing and building the STEM program in Lancaster. Once again, she inspired her staff to always stretch their imaginations and produce exciting, challenging programs for children and the general public. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about this innovative, exciting, challenging leader. Terry Kraft is the best!

I've had the pleasure of working alongside Terry Baker Kraft professionally for 10 years and personally, over 27 years. I have had the privilege of working with Terry Kraft and The Pivotal Group for over four years now. Terry is the consummate business consultant professional. I have known Terry for 25 years and cannot recommend her highly enough. I met Terry when I was serving as the Volunteer Chairman of the Lebanon County Relay for Life (RFL). Our Committee had managed to put together our first event the year prior to my meeting her, with little to no involvement from the staff of the American Cancer Society (ACS). The following year Terry was assigned as the staff member to work with us. I was very skeptical about working with her. She was new to the ACS and had worked with a much larger and wealthier community in planning this same event. However, she immediately proved me wrong. She worked with me and our small committee and helped us to think bigger, to reach out to community business leaders, government officials and School Districts in the county to work with us. She had a natural ability to motivate and engage others. Her ability to coach others to formulate plans and solve problems was effective and readily accepted. We worked side by side and soon our event grew beyond our goals and became one of the leading RFL Events in Pennsylvania. During this time Terry and I became friends. But more than that, I often turned to her to bounce off ideas to assist me with my professional position. She is exceptional at helping you to break down difficult situations and find successful solutions. She was also helpful in providing resources for my son who as a college graduate was struggling to find a career path. I am merely scratching the surface of the wealth of talent Terry brings with her to everything she does. She has an abundance of skills and contributes much in any environment.

Terry has had a great deal of experience as an organizational leader and is well-poised to share her expertise with others. As a board member with the Lancaster County STEM Alliance she led the Community Involvement Team for several years and was instrumental in helping that group develop and execute strategic goals to benefit the organization.

Terry's ability to motivate a team is unparalleled. She communicates with clarity and precision, ensuring everyone is aligned with the mission and goals of the organization. Her knack for setting ambitious yet achievable goals inspires confidence and commitment from her team members. I have known Terry for more than 20 years, first in my capacity as one of her major professors at Elizabethtown College, where I saw tremendous talent and potential in her as a student. I am pleased to say that she has moved throughout her career to completely realize that potential. After she graduated, Terry took a field representative position with the American Cancer Society, and she asked me to work with her on a volunteer basis on the Relay For Life, the signature event of the organization. She and I worked together with a strong community committee to take the event to one of the largest Relays in the world. The event won national and state awards for fund development and creative programming, such as a research promotion we developed. While I was Terry's mentor and professor originally, she continued to teach me and hone my skills as we worked together for nearly 20 years. Terry continued to rise in the ranks of the American Cancer Society, which was not surprising. She is extremely adept at team building, strategically communicating with a wide variety of audiences, training, volunteer relations, management and governance. I am thrilled to see that she has her own company now so that she can share her wealth of experience and success with clients smart enough to seek her counsel. Terry is friendly, professional, and is a joy to work with.
